Kayaking in Norway

We are looking at planning a trip to Norway, however we are finding the information difficult to get hold of, i.e. which rivers to paddle, accommodation etc. We had hoped we could take our Kayaks with us but it is now not possible and therefore would be looking to hire Kayaks - alas we can't find any companies out there that do this! Any ideas? We are whitewater paddlers and consist of a family of 3 - Elliot aged 14, Cheryl and Simon. We are all competent paddlers, Elliot and Simon have a solid roll and Cheryl can roll but not always! I would describe us as slightly nervous Grade III paddlers.

Does anyone have any suggestions? We are almost at the point of ditching the idea completely and looking at France as an alternative as we can drive there with own Kayaks.
