Whitewater Parks in the Northeast Area

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about a whitewater park opening up in in Ohio, possibly near Dayton? I've heard rumors but can't find any information on it. I'm near Pittsburgh PA and the only two I know of in my area are ASCI and Stoneycreek whitewater parks.
