I'm bummed that it's winter, that most rivers close by are frozen over now, and sad that my college classes have started back up. I'm looking forward to the End of Feb, beginning of March to get back on the rivers. The last time I was on a river was Westwater the first weekend of November....pool sessions are kinda holding me over though...kinda.

- Owner/Director of The Whitewater Rescue Institute. I have been kayaking since the age of 11. I was a slalom competitor from 1991-2000. Since leaving the competitive circuit I have followed the meandering path of many rivers, class I and V alike. When I am not on the water, I am planning and scheming my way back to it.
