Hello my name is Jeremy Adkins. I am really open minded, fun loving, outgoing, outdoorsry, personable and one of the most caring people that I know. If you know me you know that I love kayaking and am currently sponsored by Jackson Kayaks, Shred Ready, Astral Buoyancy, Alabama Small Boats, Gaia Paddlesports,Stony Boater Paddle Wax, Ophion Paddles and Snapdragon Design. When I was young my parents and I moved to Italy before coming back when I was 4. I grew up my childhood in Dothan until I was going into the 9th grade where I moved to Locust Fork, AL.(quite a culture shock). Here I played basketball and got to kayak a lot more. I worked on the Ocoee River raft guiding for about 6 years and now teach kayak instruction independantly and for Alabama Small Boats. I started Team rEvolution (www.TheTeamrEvolution.net) (Coming Soon) or MySpace.com/TheTeamrEvolution which is a team of dedicated young kayakers pushing the limits of how kayaking is perceived especially in the southeast. I am the Co-Founder, Co-Organizer of the North Alabama Whitewater Festival (www.NAWFest.com) and(www.Myspace.com/Nawfest), which is the largest kayaking competition/festival in the Southeastern United States.
I am also working hard on the website called the Triktionary which is the World's First Comprehensive Online Freestyle Trick Dictionary. Go to Triktionary.Wordpress.com and check it out. Let me know what move you want next.
After 18 years of kayaking here I am trying to follow my dream and get paid for what I love most. Go to WorldKayakBlogs/JeremyAdkins to check out what I do to becoming a great all around kayaker. You might ask yourself what makes a professional. Well to be honest I think being a professional is putting every second of your heart and soul into what you feel is the greatest sport int he world. Just check it out and then know what we can do. Feel free to email me about kayak lessons and make sure to join my website to get offers on non profit, kids, beginners, playboating, and free kayak clinics as well as contest and giveaways from kayaking sponsors. If you know me and support my dream, just join for me. Heck go to the website and leave me a comment.

I'd just like to go off of it. It looks like fun and I was wondering if it was part of the festivities.
