Do you know what the price range would be on a composite element? There are about three company's I know of around me that make composite surf and squirt kayaks but they are outside my affordability.

Hi Jase. The large should work good enough with the standard size fins. If you use larger fins it could give you slightly more bite for hard carves. Larger fins will hamper the spin-ability a little. I would say stick with the standard ones. I will…

Started paddling in '96 as a river guide and paddled fulltime till 2002. Paddled all round Africa and Spain (worlds 2001) lost the plot in 2003 and worked in the dry big corporate world till 2005 then found the plot and back in the paddling world since.
Now living on the banks of the Blyde River. Spending most of my time on the water at the moment as kayak and river guide instructor. Love to hand paddle most things.

Fluid Nemesis Composite Version in 4 sizes

So Fluid have made the Composite Element for the wave riders BUT Celliers has not left it there we now have a Composite Nemesis as well! Not only is there a composite Nemesis but it comes in 4 sizes (yes that is 1 up on the plastic versions). It will be available in Small, Small/Medium, Medium and Large.

Good morning almal.
With Kanumesse over and done with I can now show everybody on Kayakmind the new toys Fluid have been getting ready for us all to enjoy!
